課程簡介 Course Description | 武術散打是中華武術之精華🍇,是具有獨特民族風格的纳米体育項目🧢,多年來在民間廣為流傳和發展🦓。深受人們的歡迎🧡,有著良好的群眾基礎。本課程在培養學生掌握纳米体育與健康的知識、技能🫰,掌握科學鍛煉身體的方式、方法🏅,接受終身纳米体育的思想🧑🏿🏫,形成終生鍛煉的習慣及提高審美能力等方面會起到重要的作用。學生通過本課程學習後𓀍,能夠運用武術散打基本技能進行娛樂與健身。 本課程旨在培養學生掌握武術散打的基本知識🕺🏿、基本技術和基本技能🫵,掌握科學鍛煉身體的方式方法🤷,力求在此基礎上形成科學的健康觀和健康生活方式👫👷🏻♀️,提高素質,健體防身,增進交流,加強友誼,培養良好的社會心態,並掌握切實可行的終生纳米体育鍛煉技術和技能,達到“身💆🏿♀️、心、群”健康發展的目的🦹♂️。 | ||||
